In these uncertain times we will be using a special refund policy for all tournaments
sanctioned by Northeast NSA LLC. Tournament directors will give refunds less an administrative fee of
no more than $35 per team in the event a tournament is cancelled in advance due to COVID-19 restrictions.
NORTHEAST NSA REFUND POLICY--WEATHER
We make every effort to play all games scheduled in our tournaments. We cannot,
however, place the players, umpires, spectators, or NSA officials in
weather-related danger. These dangers include lightning and unplayable field
conditions.
Tournament formats, such as 4 game guarantee formats, are just formats. We do not
guarantee that every team will play at least 4 games in the event of adverse weather
conditions. We reserve the right to change the tournament format, including
dropping games from round robin play or even eliminating round robin play in
an attempt to bring the tournament to a timely conclusion on Sunday.
We will make every effort to keep you up to date regarding game cancellations

Tournament directors will be required to get approval from Northeast NSA LLC before they will be allowed
to retain more than $100 for a tournament that is completely cancelled.

Northeast NSA will use the following refund policy:
4 game guarantee format tournaments where the
entry fee includes all umpire fees cancelled due to adverse weather conditions within
72 hours of the start of the tournament:
No Games Played -- At least 75% of entry fee will be refunded
1 Game Played -- 50% of entry fee will be refunded
2 Games Played-- NO REFUND
4 game guarantee format PAY AS YOU PLAY tournaments where the
entry fee DOES NOT includes all umpire fees cancelled due to adverse weather conditions within
72 hours of the start of the tournament:
No Games Played -- At least 50% of entry fee will be refunded
1 Game Played -- 25% of entry fee will be refunded
2 Games Played-- NO REFUND
