NSA MASS WEATHER POLICY

We make every effort to play all games scheduled in our tournaments. We cannot, however, place the players, umpires, spectators, or NSA officials in weather-related danger. These dangers include lightning and unplayable field conditions.

Tournament formats, such as 4 game guarantee formats, are just formats. We do not guarantee that every team will play at least 4 games in the event of adverse weather conditions. We reserve the right to change the tournament format, including dropping games from round robin play or even eliminating round robin play in an attempt to bring the tournament to a timely conclusion on Sunday.

We will make every effort to keep you up to date regarding game cancellations and schedule changes. COACHES ONLY, please check the office phone, 978-937-5515, for the most recent schedule announcements. Parents, please contact your child's coach or check our website, www.northeastnsa.com.

NSA MASS RAIN REFUND POLICY

NSA Mass. will use the following refund policy for 4 game guarantee format tournaments cancelled due to adverse weather conditions:

No Games Played -- At least 75% of entry fee will be refunded
1 Game Played -- 50% of entry fee will be refunded
2 Games Played-- NO REFUND
